What will it cost?

Dollars invested are small compared to the increased value of your home

The role of a professional stager is to analyze your property with an objective eye, make recommendations as to what changes are needed. The costs associated with painting, upgrading and redecorating are those of the homeowner.

Professional Home Staging is the secret weapon of realtors and their savvy clients. The service will more than pay for itself with less than 1% of the sale price yielding from 10% to 100% profit on the staging for sale investment.

The initial consultation is $150 plus GST. The cost of added services by the stager is $75 per hour.

We use a proven method to evaluate the market appeal of your house inside and out. This includes a walk-through of up to 2 hours, a comprehensive report giving recommendations for changes and a valuable Home Seller's Handbook.

Our team will transform your house room by room, editing furniture, accessories and artwork to create a great first impression so your home shows at its very best.

Isn't "staging" a house, trickery?

The term "staging" may be misleading to some since it implies a "set up" as in theatre. In staging a house what we do is reorganize a house to show its potential. We visually suggest how furniture can be arranged to maximize the space and show the potential buyer how to use the space in the best possible way.

Why are all the little details so important?

"The whole is larger than the sum of the parts" really applies here. Buyers purchase on emotion not logic. As soon as they enter a house they get a certain "feeling" about it. This feeling or impression is created by many small, sometimes invisible details that create the big picture.
