Our house had been on the market for a few months without much action when we had Bonnie in to stage it. After meeting with Bonnie, she described to us what she thought we would be a good arrangement of our furniture to make it more appealing to prospective buyers. She was able to arrange the furniture and use a lot of the existing pictures and accessories to make things a little more interesting and exciting. She then gave us a small shopping list and we bought a few accents to finish off the rooms. With a minimum of cost it looked like a different home! The results looked outstanding and we had an offer on the house within three days.

sold for $258,000. It was a really popular listing and I wish I had five
more just like it! More proof-positive that your techniques work well with a

I would like to pass on a service that is assisting me with the sale of

needed to be done to spruce the place up; her painters, electricians and
handymen started the next day and within 6 days our house was transformed.

Well, this time you did too good a job. These guys did everything you asked of them. Painted the whole house, new flooring, rented a storage unit, Geoff even built a new bed for the master which makes the room look large. So, Sunday I had my virtual tour guy go over and shoot the virtual tour and in the afternoon -------s mother decided she wants to buy the house. She did not like ----- and ------'s house, but after all the improvements, she decided she loves the house. ----- and ----- are going to reimburse me for your fees and the virtual tour fees and I am taking them out to buy a house so all is not lost. ------said to me that he would probably not have done this work for his mother to buy the house. Just human nature. But, because of you coming in and me putting deadlines on work getting done, he got the work done, done well, and the house presents beautiful enough to impress his mom.
