Consultation and Staging Services
We use a proven method to evaluate the market appeal of your house inside and out. Our Team will transform your home room by room, editing furniture, accessories and artwork to create a great first impression so your home shows at its very best. We will leave your client with The Home Seller's Handbook containing a list of suggestions for things that you need to follow up with.This includes a walk-through of up to 2 hours, a comprehensive report giving recommendations for changes and valuable "showing tips".

To assist you and your clients I offer:

- A focus on listening to the client and assessing their needs
- Strategies to help reduce stress when selling their house
- Customized processes to follow and a written checklist for showings
- Support services such as shopping and colour consultation
- Packing and cleaning services if required
- The Home Seller's Handbook customized for their home to assist clients and their agents with follow-up

All services are $75 per hour. Staged Results will invoice you monthly.

Shopping Services: $75 per hour
We will shop for you and select the most appropriate items at the best
prices. Remember that most items purchsed will be going with you to your new
home. We can shop with you or on our own to fulfill your requests.

Decluttering and Editing Services: $75 per hour (2 people).
We will help you pack or take over your packing for you. You will need to
pack when you move. The principles of staging mean that you will need to
pack some of your things early. When your house sells, you will have already
completed much of the work so moving will be less stressful.
